The time is contemporary. The characters might be mistaken for people I know. It is a story based on little memories and big fibs. Enjoy.'

Please tell me that there is no such town as Cataract, MI because that is an inspired name for a fictional town. :)
Well...there is a town named Cadillac that is ninety miles north of Grand Rapids, and we once had a cottage there, but I wanted to change the names to protect the guilty. (hee, hee, hee)
